Some mobile phones are not capable of accepting downloaded ringtones, but, that is rarely something that happens anymore, since most newer phones are able to download most ringtones from most any site online.

You can also usually find ringtones at your mobile phone manufacturer, or your mobile phone service provider.  These sites are usually easy to find, and they are most likely to be able to have ringtones that you are able to receive from their sites than just any old site you find online.  Some sites you may find online usually have you sign up for memberships that are charged to a credit card, or directly to your phone.
