I am setting up a small work out area at my house and have been looking for a sale on some Fitness Equipment.  One of my friends told me that he used to work out all the time but has not been able to since he hurt his back.  He wanted to know if I was interested in buying some of his equipment at a good price.  I told him that I would love to come by and take a look at it once I have established how much space I will have to work with.  Once I get my garage cleaned out I will know what I will be able to use.
