The Fila Flow Testament is an energy efficient running style shoe from the Fila running shoe company. The shoe eases the transition from heel to toe off and increases the efficiency of the gait cycle, compared with most other running shoes. It features a foam-covered rearfoot plastic cradle that sits atop a carbon-fiber plate which, as the foot moves through the gait cycle, the cradle and plate compress together to absorb shock. It is uniquely, but well constructed and is very well cushioned and flexible.
