Well, it is finally happening… Jersey City is becoming a great place to live. Some people thought it would never happen, back when the area was filled with old industrial buildings and railroad tracks, but it has. Areas like Exchange Place and Pavonia Newport are new very liveable. With the views of Manhattan, there are few places in the world who can match some of the architectural beauty you can see from your apartment. The city government has done an excellent job of reclaiming land and using a common sense to zoning in JC that has allowed the city to grow into several distinct areas.
