When people think of food service sanitation, they generally think of restaurants and fast food places. However, these are far from the only places that need such services. They are also important for gas stations, which often have food stations offering hot food, cafeterias, where people help themselves to their own food, movie theaters, which are visited by large crowds several times a day, and grocery stores. In fact, in many ways these places should be even more careful about their sanitation procedures. There is more of a potential for germs to be harbored, and therefore more potential for people to get sick.
