The employees of Orange County Florida Animal Control have a very serious job. They contain and remove unwanted wildlife, most of which cause more than just a nuisance to residents. Although you, as a resident, may love animals and want no harm for them, they often cause disturbance of peace, expose residents to rabies or bites, they carry disease and they are unwelcome in most cases. Animal Control doesn’t target all animals just the ones causing the problems. They have been trained to keep animal fatalities at a minimum but control where these animals live, eat and breed. That place is in the wildlife, not in attics, backyards, basements or garages. If they can catch the animal without harming or killing it, they will release it in an area more appropriate for that animal.
