After my wife and I celebrated our two year anniversary, and I gave her a box of chocolates, she told me that she had read some Facts About Chocolate that I probably had never heard of.  As we sat and ate our way through the box in front of us, she told me everything that she had ever known about where chocolate came from, how it was originally made, and all of that.  I told her that I found it very interesting, and I even suggested that she become some sort of chocolate historian.  She thought that it would be the greatest job in the world.
