I have done the reverse cell lookup as well as land lines.  It can be rather time consuming.   You can check out several places and need to find one that is honest and will give you the right information.  You don’t always get it. I was on one site and it asked for your name, state, your e-mail and also your social security number. Never give that out!  I hope everyone knows not to do that.  That is privileged information.  Most of these places say they can help you but be aware, there is more involved in it.  I guess you could call a persons land line and ask!
