A good website is comprised of many things; high-impact photos, straight, to-the-point text and well thought out keywords.  But, when choosing what kind of professional web design you want for your site, you have to decide which programing language you are going to primarily rely on.  The two main programing languages most often used for the construction of websites is HTML and Flash.  One of the big advantages to making most of your site with HTML is that you can be assured that it is going to be fully viewable on anyone’s computer.  However, when it comes to making a modern-looking, more animated site, you will be hard-pressed to be able to avoid using some elements of Flash, which most people can see, but some who are on older computers or who haven’t  updated their Flash player for a bit will not be able to access.
