We needed to replace the fence in our backyard. It was an old, wood fence that looked like it was barely standing. I looked into replacing it with another wooden fence, but then soon found that the vinyl privacy fence was available. This vinyl fencing is not going to crack or peel the way wood eventually does. It also has a tongue in groove design which means that it is completely private. Since our backyard backs up to a fairly busy street this was very important to us. I was very impressed at how easy the new fence was to install and am glad we are not going to use wood again.
