When teaching at home their are pros and cons of homeschooling. One of the cons of teaching at home are the child may not get sufficient exposure to adversarial relationships so they can learn to cope with different personality types. Although we don’t want our children fighting with others they must learn diplomacy and how to deal with difficult people. Many different cultures relate in different ways the may at first glance seem abrasive in nature but this is all part of how people learn how other cultures work and how to get along with people different from themselves. Learning team work is also very important so they will need to find a way to develop team work outside the home.
