My most treasured memory of my mother is her lemon chicken recipe. It was always my favorite growing up, and I always watched her to see how it was done. As I got older, I did my best to help my mom make this special dish. Finally, I became a wife and a mother to my own children, and I tried my best to replicate moms lemon chicken for my own family. It just wasnt ever the same. On my first anniversary, mom gave me a hand-made recipe book, and on page one ‘ Lemon Chicken! Now we eat it all the time, and its perfect!
