There is a house in our neighborhood that is known for drug trafficking, and the police are doing everything they can, but it’s hard to catch the criminals in the act. A few months ago one of my neighbors was awakened in the middle of the night by the sound of someone trying to break into her house, and she screamed and scared them off. All of us decided to buy stun guns, so that if someone comes into our home we can defend ourselves and disable an intruder. I keep mine right inside of my nightstand so that I can quickly grab it if I need to.
