Our local parks and recreation department offers a multitude of fitness classes. There’s an entire page of aerobics, yoga and pilates classes. I’ve sampled quite a few aerobics classes over the years, so I know the differences there. There are only two pilates classes from which to choose-basic and advanced-so that class is rather easy to choose. However, there are more than ten yoga classes being offered this fall, and I have no idea which class to take. I’m really looking for one that uses advanced yoga postures. I’ve taken basic classes, but now that I have those postures down, I really feel that I can move to the next level. The names of the classes don’t help. But, I’m hoping someone has ideas that can help me.
