I have heard many people telling that how successfully they lost 10 pounds or 15 pounds. I think how they could do it. I actually feel hungry too often and at such times, I become uncontrollable. Because, I would eat all the fast foods or instant foods I have in my refrigerator when I am hungry. But once when I was surfing through a website relating to weight loss, they said that one must keep fruits and healthy bars at a handy place so that whenever one feels hungry he or she can have it. It is necessary to have small meals at short intervals. This will help you to keep away from cravings. Weight loss stories are believable but actually I feel that how one can genuinely lose weight. Well, it requires lot of dedication and of course, weight loss is a good requirement for me at this point. I decided that come on let us start working on weight loss goal. And I started walking everyday, jogging, swimming etc. I also decided to have healthy foods and lose weight. I started consuming soups and salads and also I thought of losing fried foods. Here, I am now sharing my weight loss story that how I lost 10 pounds in 2 months time.
