I was emailing back and forth with my brother the other afternoon from work. It was a slow day and we both just ended up on our computers so we carried on an email conversation. He was telling me about the new product he was marketing, it was a chemical used in Japanese hair straightening systems. He had just gotten the account and was on a crash course to learn everything about the product. It was being made in Japan and now beginning to reach markets all over the world. I was surprised that he had any time to even email me back the way he sounded.
