My mom knew that I was having problems with acid reflux and suggested that I start drinking milk to neutralize the acids in my stomach. Unfortunately, that didn’t do much good. Instead, I was getting the acid reflux at night while I was in bed. The doctor suggested I try an acid reflux diet to rid myself of this problem. Since I started having a lower fat diet, things have begun to improve.  I also have started trying to eat smaller portions over a period of a day instead of 3 big meals. I don’t know if I will have to do it, maybe forever.
