Will the new US president make it easier to find ways of helping needy children in poor countries? It would seem so. for one thing the children in poor Third World, developing countries, are listening to the West now. so their government will surely be opening up ways to receive from the US and European donors the funds and aid they need for their children. The other thing is that in the countries most in need of assistance, with health rates among children at a low, it will be easier for Obama to send in aid and medical people who can assist local doctors and nurses, and set up schools and systems of study for young pupils.
