Mixing wine and sleeping pills may not be the best idea. First of all, if you have had some wine to drink, then you most probably don’t need any sleeping pills. Just take some deep breaths and you will eventually relax your body to the point that it no longer needs anything else to fall asleep. Of course it would be best if you remember to drink a full glass of water before you go to bed with a few drinks in your system as this will make the recovery process the next day much easier. There are certain sleeping pills that are made to handle some alcohol in the system but you really don’t need them.
