I was going to a weekly meeting on how wot lose weight fast with my coworkers. Every week we would weigh in on a scale and then talk about how awful we ate during the week. We called it our chub club. We leaned on each other for support and told each other it was ok when we cheated on our diet. Obviously, this club did not end up working for me. I need someone to tell me that it is not ok to eat an entire pizza and drink a pitcher of beer and I could still lose the weight I wanted.
