I have been unhappy with the way that my midsection has looked for many years. I began to look for a way to lose my love handles but unfortunately, I was misinformed from the start. I tried doing all kinds of abdominal exercises and none of them seem to do any more than dent the real problem. That is, of course, until I learned the truth about the matter. It seems that the only way to truly lose fat in this area of the body is by building up lean muscle mass that will burn calories regularly.
