For quite a few years, we didn’t really have much choice when it came to the schools in our area. If you didn’t have what it took to keep your kids home, you had to settle for the very crammed public schools. They weren’t horrible, but there was a massive overcrowding problem. When we finally passed the bonds for the Arizona charter schools, it was clear that they were desperately needed. Even after several years, there is still a huge demand for this alternative and all the locations have waiting lists for students that want to get in. I feel lucky that we are able to send our kids.
