My son recently took a job recruiting talent for a hospital. I had worked in the same capacity for thirty years, but thought I wait to give advice when it was asked of me. One day my son came to see me for advice. I recommended a variety of things, but the most important was proper motivation. I told him to watch some recruiter training dvds, while taking notes. This tactic will help with retention of the training, and that training is what is going to get the result that he is looking for in his employment as a recruiter.
