I’m really kind of nervous right now. I’m getting ready to teach my first training class. I was promoted to warehouse trainer last week and this will be my first class. It will be weird as I am a woman and I’m training all these big rough and tumble men on osha forklift training certification. They probably know this stuff inside out and are going to laugh at me. No, I can’t think that way. They are going to respect me and laugh at my jokes and everything is going to go fine. Right?  Right! Now, I just have to make myself go out there and be like Nike. I just have to do it!
