If your teenage daughter has high goals and aspirations to become a dancer, then you need to get yourself as informed as possible.  Before you allow your daughter to dance off into the sunset, make sure you know the ins and outs as to what exactly a possible career or hobby in dancing is going to entail.  If your daughter is interested in lessons and already has someone or some organization in mind, research it to make sure that they are legitimate.  After you’ve decided on where she will take lessons, you’ll need to get her some dancewear clothing for her first competitions, although dancewear clothing may be necessary for practice, etc.  Shopping for clothes shouldn’t seem like such a big deal, but it can be.  In the dancing industry, it isn’t enough to know the moves in your routine.  What really grabs a person’s attention is what you’re wearing.
