Everytime I see an earthquake on the news I can’t help to think about how it would be for us, if we would be hit by such a force and how we would manage it. Of course we did our homework and compared home insurance quotes online,  I’m sure that our home insurance would cover our losses. But there is so much more to it. There are the injuries we might suffer, all our belongings and the memorabilia. I would definitely hate to lose them and I wouldn’t want to have my family to go such a troublesome time. But at least I’m sure we would be financially covered.

I’d like to get some hints on how to achieve fast weight loss.  I know there’s a lot of diets, exercise tapes and other stuff out there.  But what really works?  Do you just suck it up and stop eating?  I definitely need to shed a few pounds.  My parents always said it was just baby fat, but now that I’m an adult I don’t buy that anymore. I’ve been tempted to try different diets, but I’ve never stayed on it more than a week or two.  I guess the key is to find something that works for me and stick with it.

Planning an escapade with your family or perhaps on your own or with friends? Then Chicago is the place for you. One of my favorite things to watch for in movies and on tv is product placement.  I like to find the subtle advertising that takes place, and bring it to the forefront of my mind because I think it’s rather funny.  When a movie does something really subtle but that can still advertise to you, I almost want to go out and buy that product because of the art of doing such a great job advertising.  The only time I don’t really like product placement, is when it’s with cell phones, and our favorite characters are not using good phones and plans like boost mobile, instead they use terrible phones and plans that drop coverage on us every day, but in the movies, seem to always work perfectly.

We recently took a trip through the Northeast. I had originally intended it to be a Bed and Breakfast tour, but I found a couple of lovely Maine motels and decided I’d make an exception up there. It was a fantastic trip and I couldn’t have asked for better weather. We went for two weeks and started off in the north Georgia mountains. We didn’t have a set itinerary, we just drove and stopped whenever we wanted. We went up one way all the way to Maine and then drove back coming through cities we hadn’t touched the first time through.

For example, 10 minute exercises everyday will not take up much of their time, so they would not have to complain. Plus, since their attention span is short, they can be willing enough to lend a few minutes of their time and devote it to making their skills better without interruption. Fast, easy and effective.
